I got my start in the baking world by becoming one of the founding members of a worker-owned bakery cooperative in the Bay Area of San Francisco, CA. Helping build that bakery from the ground up exposed me to all the inner workings of running a bakery, as well as the skill set to successfully create the most delicious pastries. Since leaving the bakery, I have continued to bake for coffee shops, catered events, community markets, friends and family for over 20 years. 

Baking is more than a hobby for me. It’s a passion that brings joy to myself, my family, and friends. I look forward to spreading this joy, along with my delicious, high quality pastries, to the greater St. Louis community!
